Joolasoft was started by a few guys in the Midwest that wanted a mobile development company that offered innovative products with great customer service. Joolasoft is a dedicated group of friends with a passion for developing applications that people want. We live with the solutions we build day-in and day-out.

Derek, Eric and Dan (pictured below at our first expo) have over 35 years of experience at many different organizations; small, medium, and Fortune 50. The Joolasoft family also consists of several independent developers and sales staff.

If there is something wrong with one of our products, we will help resolve the issue in a timely manner.
If there is something wrong with your mobile device, we will help direct you to your device manufacturer or cellular provider for further assistance.
Green
Everyone is turning "green" these days. Joolasoft does not have any "projects" or "initiatives" to help us turn green. Rather, we have been environmentally friendly since the start. Cloud computing, online collaboration tools, and work-from-home policies are the corner-stone of our IT infrastructure.

We do not sell or rent customer personal information, including name, address, email address, phone number, or sales history.
We do not store, keep or maintain customer financial information, such as credit card numbers or bank account numbers.
We produce some applications that may provide data backup and recovery functionality which requires storing application generated data on Joolasoft servers.
We produce some applications that may record "aggregate data". This aggregate data includes anonymous usage data and does not include any personally identifiable information such as name, address, email address, credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or phone number. We may collect and use this information to enhance our products and services.
